At the heart of this shift is the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR), which expands sustainability requirements to nearly all physical goods. This presentation will explore the latest developments in ESPR and related EU policies, including digital product passports, bans on destroying unsold goods, and sector-specific sustainability targets.
